Course attendance is limited to 100 participants to ensure maximum interactivity with the faculty. Early registration is recommended as the previous editions of the course have sold out quickly.

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee includes the lectures and workshops, as well as the lunches and coffee breaks, and the networking dinner on Friday evening.
To register, fill the web-based registration form. After this you will receive an automatic e-mail message confirming your registration and you have reserved a place on the course. However, the registration fee must be paid in full before the participation is confirmed.
The registration fee will be invoiced through an e-invoice sent to participant´s email as a PDF attachment, or to the employer. The invoices will be sent in the beginning of May at the latest. Payment by credit card is not possible.
Should you wish to change your participation information or cancel your participation, please send email to maiju.pikkarainen@fincardio.fi. If the invoicing has to be redone/corrected due to incorrect information, a processing fee of EUR 15 will be charged in addition.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must always be notified in writing by email -
30 days before the event free cancellation
29-14 days before the event 30 % of the participation fee
13-7 days before the event 50 % of the participation fee
less than 7 days before the event 100 % participation fee
Registration has opened December 1, 2023, and will close when the maximum number of participants has been reached, or by April 30, 2024 at the latest.
