Scandic Helsinki Hub offers versatile facilities for our event. It is located next to the Old Church Park at Helsinki City Center, easy to reach with public transportation, and within walking distance from the Helsinki Central Railway Station.
The lectures will be held in Hub 1 and separate conference rooms are used for the workshops. Exhibition will take place on the same floor with the meeting rooms.
ACCOMMODATION
A quota of rooms for a special price has been reserved for the course participants at the Scandic Helsinki Hub. The price for a single room is 134 € per night, and for a double room 154 € per night.

TRANSPORTATION
Helsinki airport
Helsinki Airport is located 20 kilometres from Helsinki city centre. Travel time from the airport is around 30 minutes by car or train.
The easiest and fastest way to get to the city centre is to take a taxi, which costs about 35-40€. Taxis are on call at the taxi station outside the Arrivals hall during the scheduled arrival times.
Helsinki Airport train station is located under the terminal. It is connected to the departures and arrivals hall by a direct elevator and escalator connection from. Local I and P trains operate to and from the airport. A train ride to Helsinki city centre takes about 30 minutes.
Bus route 600 operates between Helsinki Airport and Helsinki city centre. The travel time is about 40 minutes.
A single fare to the city centre by bus or train (Zone ABC) costs 4.10 €. You can purchase a single ticket from the ticket machine at the platform.
Hotel Scandic Hub is located 800 m from the Helsinki Central Railway Station.
