It has come to our attention that several AEPC members have received phishing emails sent in the name of AEPC President Nico Blom. These emails appear as if they were sent from his email, with the header 'AEPC logistics support' and asking for support in the transfer of money. The email used is asspresidentelect <at> gmail.com which is not an address used by AEPC.
Please know that AEPC or any of its Council members would never sollicit for the transfer of money via email.
The only request for payment is for the annual membership dues, and these emails are sent from our AEPC Office email (office@aepc.org).
We ask you again to be careful & cautious and please block this email address for any other requests you might receive.
