AEPC TEACHING COURSES FOR TRAINEES

AEPC exam 2023 - registration deadline extended

The deadline to register for the 2nd AEPC Exam in Paediatric and Congenital Cardiology is extended until 14 March 2023!

This exam is part of the framework for AEPC Certification of Basic Training in Paediatric and Congenital Cardiology. With this certification, we aim to establish a certificate of training to ensure an equally high standard of training in our field throughout Europe. This will subsequently allow state of the art treatment of our patients with congenital heart disease in the future.

The exam will take in person on Thursday 27 April 2023 from 8:00-11:00 during the AEPC 2023 Annual Meeting in Dublin, Ireland.

AEPC EXAM IN PAEDIATRIC AND CONGENITAL CARDIOLOGY

DATE & TIME

  • Thursday 27 April 2023, 8:00-11:00, during the AEPC 2023 Annual Meeting in Dublin, Ireland.
  • Preference will be given to AEPC Junior Members.
  • Multiple choice exam containing 125 questions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

REGISTRATION

  • Registration is now open!
  • A letter of the head of the training centre or verification of passed training has to be uploaded with the registration.
  • Final registration deadline: 14 March 2023.

AEPC CERTIFICATION OF BASIC TRAINING IN PAEDIATRIC AND CONGENITAL CARDIOLOGY
The AEPC Certification of Basic Training in Paediatric and Congenital Cardiology consists of 2 parts:

  1. Documentation of education and experience in the AEPC logbook
  2. The AEPC Exam in Paediatric and Congenital Cardiology
