AEPC 2023 Dublin will take place from 26-29 April 2023 in Dublin, Ireland.
Over the summer session proposals have already been collected from the AEPC working group chairs to start building the program for AEPC 2023. Meeting Chairs Frank Casey (Belfast) & Colin McMahon (Dublin) are working with Scientific Secretary Werner Budts to compile an initial program from these proposals.
Know that you may already submit your abstract.
Note that the deadline to submit your abstract is earlier than what you are used to, as the meeting will take place in April. You will need to submit your abstract by 14 November 2022.
NEW policy for abstract presenters from low & lower middle income countries*
In order to encourage abstract presenters from low & lower middle income countries* to submit their work for presentation at AEPC 2023, please be aware that the registration fees for presenters of these abstracts will be waived, in case of acceptance of your abstract.
*As defined by the World Bank.
