The Call for Bids process to host a future AEPC Annual Meeting is held 3 years in advance of the meeting.
The Call for Bids for the 62nd Annual Meeting of the AEPC - AEPC 2029 is now open (from 1 December 2025).
Bids may only be submitted by AEPC members in good standing.
The first part of the Call for Bids process is the submission of a Letter of Intent.
The AEPC 2029 bid guidelines will be made available from the AEPC Members area from December also.
The deadline to submit the Letter of Intent to host AEPC 2029 is 7 January 2026.
All submitted bids that are considered suitable by the AEPC Council will be presented to the membership by the submitter during the AEPC Business Meeting. In case of multiple bids, voting will take place electronically following the Business Meeting.
