Instructions for AEPC Membership application

A medical or scientific graduate who is committed to the practice and in advancement of paediatric cardiology and closely related fields can apply for Ordinary Membership of the AEPC.  Colleques in training younger than 38 years can apply for Junior Membership. 

1. Fill in the on-line application form at www.aepc.org (under Membership information).  Since a member of the AEPC gets a free membership in one of the working groups, please remember to indicate which working group you want to join.
   
2. Send a photograph to the Secretary-General.  The photo can be send as JPEG or TIFF-file via e-mail.  If you send the photo as a hard copy via surface mail, please write the name of the applicant on the back of the photo.
   
3. Two Ordinary, Honorary or Senior Members should send separate letters of recommendation directly to the Country Delegate.  For Junior Membership application, one of the proposers should be the trainer.
